CD3
Well my first cycle on Soy did not result in a pregnancy. However I re-read the notes from the two week wait newsletter and I don't think I took enough.
The girls that got pregnant were taking between 150g-200g of Soy Isoflavones on Days 3-7. Last cycle I only took 50g which was obviously not enough to make any difference. And I didn't notice any difference at all - no increased EWCM, no early or strong ovulation, still had a short luteal phase.
This time I'm going to take two Soy capsules for 100g on Days 3-7 to see if that changes anything. If it doesn't then for my third cycle I'll try 150g.
As a side note I finally bit the bullet and I'm seeing a fertility specialist in December to see if she can help me. I know she is going to put me on Clomid, but I think it's about time I went the medical route because I can't seem to fall pregnant naturally.

Hi! Just come across your post whilst looking to see if Soya Isoflavones help those with a short LP?
Did you ever have any luck or went the medical route? Any luck there? I'm due to go back docs feb but am hoping the soy works instead!
