AF is back to normal again

CD 2 - AF is back to normal again after a very strange cycle last month. I seriously do believe that I did have a miscarriage as I have no other explanation for why it lasted 11 days and was heavy at the end.

Anyway now that things are regular again I'm going to try Soy this cycle. I have been doing some research on it and keep hearing some very positive reports from some women. It doesn't work for everyone, but it's certainly promising for many others.

I'll take it on Days 3-7 and give you reports of how I'm feeling, any changes that I've noticed etc.
